Settld has won two categories at the 2026 Proptech Awards, presented by Proptech Association Australia: Most Innovative Proptech in the Off the Plan category, and Proptech of the Year – Start-Up. The awards were announced at a gala dinner in Sydney, recognising the most innovative technology solutions across the Australian property industry.
What the awards recognise
The Off the Plan category recognises technology built specifically for developers and building companies selling new homes and multi-stage developments. Proptech of the Year – Start-Up is a best-of-the-best award, judged against every start-up category winner across the awards program. Together, they recognise both the specific problem Settld solves and the strength of the company built around it.
Built for developers and project marketers
Settld is property settlement management software for developers and project marketer agencies managing multi-stage residential developments.
