Sydney, Australia – 20 November 2025: Settld is thrilled to announce the appointment of Viktor Shlapkin as Chief Product & Technology Officer, joining the leadership team to accelerate Settld’s growth and innovation.
With over 15 years of experience building scalable technology and high-performing teams, Viktor brings a proven track record of aligning engineering excellence with business success.
Most recently, Viktor served as Head of Engineering at Driva (previously Jump Payments), where he was the founding engineer. During his tenure, he built the company’s engineering culture from the ground up, scaling teams, strengthening security and helping drive Driva’s growth into a multi-million-dollar fintech platform.
Viktor also co-founded Edukana, an EdTech startup connecting educators with technology innovators, and previously held senior engineering roles at ELMO Software, a leading provider of cloud-based HR and payroll solutions.
